Soft and mellow, this pretty little Merlot won our hearts at vintage with an astoundingly vivid pink ferment. Delicate yet medium bodied, our Merlot entices those who seek a beautifully smooth red, with notes of strawberry, cherry and spice.

Handpicked, open fermented, basket pressed and benefiting from time on French oak. Try a room temp triple cream Brie with Oliver, or a luscious French mushroom sauce on hand rolled Fusilli!
